Gifted with a natural flair for dance, Dr. Vyshnavie Sainath – daughter and disciple of Dr . Rajeswari Sainath is one of the finest exponents of classical Indian dance in the younger generation . Her repertoire spans across Bharatanatyam, Odissi, Kuchipudi, and Contemporary western dance. Her performances are an elegant amalgam of rigor and artistic elegance with a focus on continuous innovation enabling her to win widespread acclaim and stand out as a force to reckon with in the dance arena today.
Vyshnavie’s niche is in integrating yoga and martial arts in Classical dance without compromising on the fundamentals and seamlessly transitions between swift elegant movements and high impact steady poses with a larger than life presentation on stage. This has moved even the most skeptic of audiences out of their comfort zone and Vyshnavie’s skill in synthesizing multiple dance forms has even been acknowledged by the Hon. Prime Mnister of India, Shri . Narendra Modi
She’s performed across the globe winning accolades in prestigious art festivals like the Cleveland Thyagaraja Festival in USA, Mummoorthigal festival in Australia, Avarthana festival in London, Reorient festival in Sweden with other prestigious concerts in Germany and Canada.
Vyshnavie has also been a recipient of numerous prestigious awards

Additionally, Vyshnavie is also an empaneled artist of the Indian Council for Cultural Relations (ICCR) individually in all the three styles that she performs. and a Grade “A” artist of Doordarshan. She is a scholarship holder from Goldman Sacch where she studied woman entrepreneur and management from Indian Institute of Management – IIM – Bangalore . Vyshnavie is a Phd scholar in dance who has researched in Globalization and its influences.
She has done a course in Movement Arts and Mixed Media from India’s Premier Institute - Attakalari, Bangalore. Vyshnavie was the only Indian dancer in the intensive camp for classical contemporary dance by Martha Graham School in New York in 2015.
Vyshnavie has performed through the medium of classical dance, in the French documentary film Oh-le ka_______ by French director Bernard Bloch and also portrayed the role of goddess Padmavathi in the telefilm ‘Amukthamalya’ produced by Tirumala-Tirupathi Devasthanam (TTD) channel . Vyshnavie is a Post Graduate(D) in Human Resource and Diploma Holder in Theatre Arts. Masters in Bharathanatyam from Madras University.
